Graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Law from UUM. Upon obtaining her law degree, she started practicing as a legal assistant where she was exposed to corporate & commercial law litigation, personal injury and medical negligence.

She was then called to the bar in 2012 and proceeded to become a legal assistant where she gained further experience in litigation cases to Federal court case. She had obtained valuable and vast knowledge in preparing submissions and cause papers for general litigation.
 

Further, she also has the experience and skills in conveyancing matters. She had managed and encountered with developer projects and difficult sub-sale cases which involved court orders. She has also learned how to handle various loan agreements from different banks such as Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, CIMB, RHB Bank
and few others.

To date, she has gained extensive experience in managing, handling, and practicing in various areas of law, including but not limited to litigation and conveyancing. Her recent notable cases which had become a landmark case include handling construction claims, accident claims, medical negligence disputes, trademark matters,
as well as successfully representing Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) to recover outstanding amounts totalling up to RM1,000,000.00.

In addition, she also managed and handled various enforcement and execution proceedings of judgments, including but not limited to Judgment Debtor Summons, Writs of Seizure and Sale, Winding-Up proceedings, Garnishee Orders, and Committal applications.

Her remarkable achievements have opened new doors for her, leading to an invitation to serve as a lecturer for the Master's program in Medical Ethics and Law at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Faculty of Medicine, Sungai Buloh Campus.

Mohd Azali Bin Ibrahim graduated with a Bachelors in Law in 2008 from UiTM, Shah Alam. Upon completing his degree, Azali began his career in the Malaysian Judiciary as a Magistrate at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrates’ Court.

 

Azali served as a Magistrate in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions for close to 10 years, during which time he demonstrated exceptional legal acumen, strong leadership, and a dedication to upholding the rule of law. Azali handled a wide range of complex cases with integrity and professionalism, earning the respect of colleagues, legal practitioners, and the community.

 

In 2015, Azali served as a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Kuala Lumpur High Court. This role allowed him to deepen his expertise in civil law significantly. He played a key role in analysing complex legal issues and providing well-reasoned legal opinions. These include but are not limited to the following cases: Breach of contracts, injunctions, judicial reviews and defamation.

 

In 2019, Azali established his own law firm – Azali & Co, focusing on criminal and civil cases, as well as departmental lawsuits. This move allowed Azali to apply their extensive legal expertise in a more direct and impactful way, offering clients tailored legal solutions grounded in years of judicial experience. The firm is recognised for its commitment to excellence and providing strategic representation for individuals and organisations.
